Pickleball Grip Size Chart: Hand Measurement to Grip
Measure from the middle crease of your palm to the tip of your ring finger: about 4.0 in means a 4 in grip, 4.25 in a 4 1/4 in grip, and 4.5 in a 4 1/2 in grip. Between sizes, choose the smaller grip and add an overgrip.
Grip size is the circumference of the handle. 4 1/4 inch is the most common size on adult paddles.
